White-label licence
You run it under your brand; we keep it maintained.
Run Veliora Reveal under your own brand in your own cloud account, with setup, updates and support from us for the term of the agreement.
A white-label platform for selling digital packs of real, physical collectibles under your own brand. Published odds, a draw your customers can verify, and inventory, shipping and balances kept in one ledger.

Illustrative screens with demo data. Northbreak is a fictional demo brand.
Who it is for
Card shops, collectibles retailers, marketplaces and brands that hold graded or raw trading cards and other collectibles, and want to sell them as digital packs under their own name. It suits teams that would rather start from a platform built for this than commission one from nothing, and who care that every pack can be explained and audited.

Customer app
Customers see what a pack can contain, its value bands and the chance of each before they pay. After opening, they decide what happens to the item.

Verifiable draw
Each opening uses a commit–reveal proof. The server commits to its seed before the customer pays, and afterwards anyone can recompute the result from the published seeds.

Back office
Stock, reservations, vaults and shipments are tracked in one ledger, so what customers can win always matches what you hold.
What it includes
Six core modules cover the full cycle from stock to payout. Mobile apps and card identification can be added where they are useful.
Build packs from your own stock, group items into value bands and set the probability of each. A pack cannot go live until its odds add up to 100% and its expected value fits the margin you set. The odds shown to a customer are saved with their order.
Each opening is decided on the server and stored with a cryptographic proof. Customers can check that the outcome was not changed after they paid, and you can audit any opening later.
Every possible outcome is a real item in your stock, reserved when it is won. Grading certificate numbers, storage status and stock exposure are tracked as packs sell, with reconciliation reports.
Customers keep revealed items in their collection or request shipping, with address checks, carrier labels, tracking and insurance thresholds you set. Sell-back is optional, off by default and can be enabled per market.
Payments go through the provider you choose. Store credit and sale proceeds are kept in separate balances, payouts go through your provider, and refunds and chargebacks are recorded against the original order.
Catalogue, pricing, timed drops with supply limits, support cases, risk rules, staff roles and permissions, and a full audit log. Reports cover sales, payout ratio and inventory exposure.
A responsive web app is included. iOS and Android apps built from the same codebase, carrying your branding, can be added.
Customers photograph a card to identify it and see an estimated value range, clearly labelled as an estimate.
How it works for your customers
The customer journey is short. What happens behind it is recorded in enough detail to explain any order later.
See what it can contain, the value bands and the odds before paying.
The outcome is decided and its proof stored at the moment of opening.
Keep the item, have it shipped, or accept a sell-back offer where you offer one.
Controls and compliance tools
Rules for selling randomised packs vary by country and keep changing. Veliora Reveal does not decide what is allowed where you operate, but it gives you the controls to apply your own legal advice.

Built to be operated
The same engineering expectations apply to our products as to the systems we build for clients.
Errors, payment failures and stock problems show up on dashboards and alerts, not in support tickets.
Role-based access, sensitive data kept to a minimum and handled by the providers built for it, and failure modes considered from the start.
A straightforward architecture that a competent team can run, without extra complexity for appearance.
Setup, operation and recovery procedures written down, so the platform does not depend on any one person.
Technical overview
Veliora Reveal runs in your environment and connects to the providers you contract with. During scoping we map it to your existing systems and agree what needs to change.
A responsive web app, with optional iOS and Android apps from the same codebase. Your branding, domain, emails and legal pages throughout.
A browser-based operator console with roles and permissions, so staff only see and change what their job needs.
Payments, payouts, age and identity checks, shipping carriers and email connect through adapters, so we can use the providers you already contract with or choose during scoping.
Deployed into your own cloud account with infrastructure as code and automated pipelines, so environments can be rebuilt rather than hand-maintained.
Orders, draws, balances and stock movements share one ledger. Configuration changes, odds versions and draws are kept in an audit trail.
Dashboards and alerts for errors, payment failures and stock problems, plus runbooks and admin and developer documentation.

Questions
If your question is not here, include it in your enquiry and we will answer it directly.
Yes. Your name, domain, emails, apps and legal pages. Veliora does not appear to your customers.
It is built to connect to providers through adapters, so we connect it to the ones you already use or choose during scoping.
No. Sell-back is optional, off by default, and can be turned on or off for each market.
Yes. White-label deployments go into your own cloud account, and source-code buyers host it however they like. Veliora does not host or operate the service.
The inventory model works for any physical collectible with an identifiable item and a value. Changes for a specific category are quoted as custom work.
That depends on the country, on how you set the platform up (particularly sell-back and payouts), and on rules that are still changing. Take legal advice for each market before launch. The platform gives you the controls to apply it.
